Rhino Slim Damped is a manual activation neodymium magnet designed to ensure maximum efficiency and safety in the lifting and handling of manhole covers. Despite its small size and weight, it offers power comparable to that of higher-end magnets.

Activation occurs via a lever with an integrated safety device that prevents accidental deactivation. The lever can be operated after the magnet has been properly positioned on the manhole cover, eliminating the risk of finger crushing. When deactivated, the magnet generates no residual magnetic field, preserving its lifting capacity over time.

Rhino Slim Damped features an innovative damping system designed to provide optimal magnet adhesion to the manhole cover during opening and closing maneuvers on inclined or irregular surfaces. This system absorbs and distributes mechanical stresses, ensuring maximum load stability and a safe, controlled operation even under challenging working conditions.

The magnet requires no maintenance or periodic checks when used exclusively with manhole cover lifter trolleys and not for lifting suspended loads. It is also available in an Atex version for use in explosive risk environments.
