DESCRIPTION

The Liftop professional manhole cover lifter trolley is Valifter’s latest-generation manhole-opening device. This unit is not a simple lifting tool, but a technology-driven system engineered to handle manhole covers of any type, shape, and material in complete safety.

Innovative design and state-of-the-art materials

The secret behind Liftop’s maneuverability lies in its construction materials. Manufactured using special high-strength aluminum alloys, the cart ensures excellent structural robustness while remaining extremely lightweight.

It is designed to be easily transportable even on compact service vehicles. A distinctive feature is its foldable and adjustable handle, which allows both extension and tilt to be customized. This ensures an optimal lever arm, drastically reducing the physical effort required during the detachment and lifting phases of the cover.

For these reasons, Liftop has distinguished itself on the global market as the only manhole cover lifter trolley in the world to be ergonomically certified by Ergocert.

Thanks to the Valifter universal coupling system, the Liftop trolley can be configured to allow operators to work on manhole covers made of any material, by connecting the cart to the Hook mechanical bar or to the Rhino Slim Damped lifting magnet.

Liftop is compatible with the GRABO Vacuum System, the innovative suction-based solution by Valifter that operates through vacuum technology. This system allows the cart to easily lift heavy manhole covers of any material, even when no hooking points are available.

Despite its high performance, the Liftop professional manhole cover lifter trolley has been engineered to ensure maximum transportability. The cart and all its components are supplied in a dedicated carrying bag, which simplifies transport and provides protection during storage. In addition, the wide range of optional accessories allows the operating field to be further expanded, increasing safety even in the most complex working conditions.

The use of Liftop in combination with Valifter magnetic or mechanical systems ensures full compliance with current regulations on manual load handling.
